WEBINAR BY SV WEALTH PARTNERS FOR THE STUDENTS OF SGC

Today an investor awareness webinar was conducted named “Market Ka Eklavya” by SV Wealth Partners. The webinar was attended by the final (VI) semester students of Commerce (B.Com) and Economics Departments including interested students of other departments. During the webinar, the speaker discussed the principles of investing, the parameters of choosing an investment, and all the related topics that would help an individual make a sound investment decision. The discussion ended with a question-andanswer session and feedback from the students. Over all the webinar was very informative for the students of SGC, Namchi.

Namchi Shines in Inter-College Debate on Ethical Elections

Namchi, March 31, 2024 – In a remarkable showcase of wit and wisdom, students from Sikkim Government College (SGC), Namchi, demonstrated their debating prowess at the Inter-College Debate Competition held at Namchi Community Hall on March 30, 2024. The competition, centered around the theme of “Ethical Elections,” saw spirited participation from various colleges in and around Namchi, emphasizing the importance of integrity and fairness in electoral processes.

NCC Cadets Celebrate National Unity Day in Honor of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

n the 31st of October, 2023, 54 National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets from SGC Namchi (4 SK BN NCC) came together to observe National Unity Day, also known as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas. This special day is celebrated to honor the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a prominent figure in India’s fight for independence and the country’s first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister.
